From Monday, May 1, to Friday, May 5, Osyka Elementary School will have its Pre-K and Kindergarten Early Registration event! Parents and guardians can bring the required documentation between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
The required documentation will be as follows.
+Original Birth Certificate
+Updated 121 Immunization Record
+Social Security Card
+Two (2) proofs of residency -- driver's license CAN NOT be used as proof of residency
+Photo ID
