🕘 Time: 9 AM - 3 PM
To ensure a smooth registration process, please come prepared with the following essential items:
- Two updated proofs of residency
- 121 Immunization shot records
- Social security card
- Original birth certificate
- Completed 2023 - 2024 enrollment card (for those previously enrolled)
📝 Note: Registration forms will be distributed on the last day of this school year.
