Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are excited to announce the registration dates for the 2024-2025 school year! Here are all the details you need to ensure your child is ready for the upcoming academic year.
Osyka Elementary School (Pre-K - 6th Grade)
🗓️ Dates: Monday, July 8, 2024 - Wednesday, July 31, 2024
🕗 Times:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Requirements for Pre-Kindergartners, Kindergartners, and New Students:
- Completed 2023-2024 Enrollment Card (available at the school)
- Original Birth Certificate
- Updated 121 Immunization Form
- Social Security Card
- Two updated Proofs of Residency (Driver's License cannot be used)
Requirements for Returning Students:
- Completed 2023-2024 Enrollment Card (available at the school)
- Two updated Proofs of Residency (Driver's License cannot be used)
IMPORTANT MESSAGE:
🚨 Parents and Guardians, you must register your child by July 31, 2024. If your child isn’t registered by this date, they will not be allowed to attend Osyka Elementary School once school begins in the fall. Eva Gordon Lower Elementary School

Eva Gordon Upper Elementary School
🗓️ Dates: Tuesday, July 22 - Wednesday, July 31, 2024
🕘 Times: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Requirements:
- 2 proofs of residency (utility bills, must be current within the last 60 days). All proofs must display your 911 physical address. Driver's licenses are NOT acceptable.
- Updated shot records
- New enrollees: birth certificates, shot records, withdrawal forms from the previous school and last report card showing pass/fail
South Pike Junior High School (Returning Students 7th & 8th Grades)
🗓️ Dates: July 15 - July 31, 2024
🕘 Times: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Requirements for Returning Students:
- 121 Shot Records (must have the 7th Grade Required Vaccination)
- 2 proofs of Residency displaying 911 Address (Driver's License cannot be a proof)
- Photo ID
Requirements for Transfer/New Students:
- Social Security Card
- 2 proofs of Residency displaying 911 Address (Driver's License cannot be a proof)
- Photo ID
ALL students must register before August 1, 2024.
South Pike High School
📅 SESSION I: JUNE 10 - 21, 2024
