Osyka Elementary School is currently continuing registration for the 2026–2027 school year. We are accepting registration packets for Kindergarten through 6th grade until June 8, 2026.
Registration Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Please note that registration will resume on July 20, 2026.
**Important Note:** Pre-K classes are currently full, and we are only accepting names for the Pre-K waiting list at this time.
Eligibility for Enrollment
To be eligible for enrollment:
- Children entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2026.
Documents Required for Registration:
Kindergarten students and transfer students must submit a completed 2026–2027 registration packet along with the following documents:
- Parent/Guardian photo ID
- Child’s Social Security card
- Original birth certificate
- Current (non-expired) Form 121 immunization record
- Two proofs of residency (note: a driver’s license cannot be used as proof of residency). Acceptable documents include:
- Utility bill
- Lease or mortgage agreement
- Automobile registration
- Voter registration card
- Homestead exemption application
- Property deed
New students may collect registration packets during the designated hours. Returning students must also complete the 2026–2027 registration packet and provide two current proofs of residency.
Completed packets and required documents can be returned or emailed to [email protected] (photos/screenshots are acceptable). Please include your child(ren)’s name(s) in the email. If your packet has been lost, you may pick up another one from the school.
